Eric Knaak – COO
Eric Knaak brings over two decades of experience from one of Florida’s leading industrial cleaning companies, which inspired him to take a leap of faith to start his own business. With the unwavering support of his wife, Eric saw the need for a family-owned and operated tech forward company in the industrial cleaning market—one that values integrity, provides state-of-the-art services and reporting with safety and customer satisfaction at its core.
Together, they embarked on a journey to create a business that reflects these principles. Eric’s expertise lies in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing safety protocols, and optimizing resources for seamless workflows. His leadership has driven cost-saving measures, improved operational efficiency and maintained high service quality. Eric is highly skilled in leading recruitment, payroll management, and fostering a positive company
culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and organized approach, Eric ensures the company operates smoothly and delivers exceptional results for their customers.
Outside of work, Cypress and Eric are proud parents of two children. Their family enjoys an active lifestyle filled with yoga, sports, mountain biking and outdoor adventures, embodying the same energy and determination they bring to their business.
