Our Process

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a phone call to understand the details of your project. It may be necessary to schedule a site visit to walk the project. Because we are using state-of-the-art sewer cleaning and video technology, we can set up a presentation and or a demonstration to educate our potential customers.

2. Quote Project

Our estimating team will work together to get you the best price without compromising the safety, quality, and nature of the project within one business day.

3. Customers Confirmation

Once the customer confirms the quote is satisfactory, the estimating team will transfer the project to the scheduling team. The accounting department will also be notified to complete all the necessary paperwork for both parties.

4. Scheduling

We will work with our customers to schedule the best time to provide the services required.

5. Day of Service

Our professional and knowledgeable crew members will arrive at designated time and safely work towards completing the project. The crew operator will be responsible for communicating with the customer. We ask that the customer signs off on the work order at the end of shift / project.

6. Inspection Reports

If our services involved a video pipeline or manhole inspection, we will have your reports emailed to you within 1 business days. Larger projects may require additional time.

7. Completion of Project

The customer has agreed the job has been completed to their expectations; the work order will be transferred to the accounting department in order to collect payment from Customer.

8. Relationship

If your project requires regular preventive maintenance, our estimating team will work with you to determine the best option that fits your budget and maximizes your system’s efficiency.
